PRINT UNITED UK LTD — B2B RETURN, REVISION & CONTRACT TERMINATION POLICY
Company Registration Number: 991001931064
PRINT UNITED UK LTD is an independent B2B hardware procurement and corporate infrastructure provider. Commercial hardware allocations, logistics, deployment, and support are governed by the active Service Level Agreement (SLA) or written procurement contract agreed with the commercial client.
1. Commercial Contract Framework
This policy applies to commercial procurement clients and authorised business representatives. The applicable signed SLA or procurement contract takes priority over this general policy where the two documents differ.
2. Returns and Contract Revisions
Requests to revise, cancel, return, or redeploy a corporate infrastructure allocation must be submitted in writing to info@print-united.co.uk before action is taken. Approval, eligibility, timing, costs, and any restocking or handling charges are determined by the active SLA or procurement contract.
3. Hardware Verification and Handover
Hardware is checked before dispatch. Once delivery is completed and the handover is accepted by the commercial client’s authorised representative, the allocation is treated as accepted subject to the applicable contract terms.
4. Faults, Damage, and Warranty
Any transit damage, shortage, or technical issue must be reported promptly with the relevant allocation or contract reference. Manufacturer warranty matters are handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty. PRINT UNITED UK LTD does not provide manufacturer repairs unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation and Termination
Contract termination, early cancellation, redeployment, or suspension is handled under the dispute, cancellation, and termination provisions of the signed SLA or procurement contract. Written confirmation may be required before any operational change is made.
6. Contact
For return, revision, cancellation, or contract questions, contact PRINT UNITED UK LTD at info@print-united.co.uk or 020 4514 7333.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
