Company / We / Our / Us: Means PRINT UNITED UK LTD.
commercial client / You / Your: Means any individual or business purchasing products or using our website.
Products: Means printed materials and related goods supplied by us.
Services: Means any printing, design, finishing, consultation, or related services offered by us.
04 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through our website.
05 User Accounts
Where account registration is available:
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
06 Quotations
• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations are subject to specification, quantities, and artwork requirements.
• Acceptance of a quotation does not create a binding contract until confirmed by us.
07 Orders
• Orders are subject to acceptance by PRINT UNITED UK LTD.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
• Once production has commenced, cancellation rights may be limited.
• commercial clients are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate before approval.
08 Pricing
• All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£).
• Prices may include or exclude VAT as indicated at procurement confirmation.
• We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before processing.
09 Payments
• We currently accept payments through PayPal.
• Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Transactions through PayPal are subject to their terms.
• We do not store full payment card details.
10 Artwork Submission
commercial clients are responsible for artwork supplied. You confirm ownership or necessary permissions. Submitted materials must not infringe copyright or laws. We accept no liability for commercial client-provided content.
11 Proof Approval
• commercial clients must review proofs carefully.
• Approval confirms acceptance of spelling, layout, and content.
• We are not responsible for errors approved by the commercial client.
12 Colour Variation
Screen colours differ from printed output. Minor variations are industry standard. Exact matching is not guaranteed and shall not constitute defects.
